  IoT: Machine Fleet Integration Platform

  The client is an initiative proprietary platform created by a leading company in Bayern in the industrial sector. They specialize in leasing and lending heavy machinery ranging from trucks, tools, drilling equipment and cranes having a fleet of a few hundreds and operating personnel. 

  We created a platform that brings real-life stream data from their machines to have a live overview of parameters as well as improve their efficiency and maintenance. This platform connects to each machine via IoT techniques bringing extremely valuable business insight, live at hand. The best selling point is that machines from different manufacturers are able to be handled in the same platform, with a unified translation layer.

  Recruitment Application

  The client is a German recruitment agency dedicated to connecting businesses with top-tier talent. The business was scaling and it needed new features to be added to help automatize some of the tasks and optimize existing workflows. For them, we implemented an invoice management system with PDF capabilities cutting operational costs and re-budgeting for newer features. Based on that we developed new RESTful endpoints for managing candidates and information. We maintained BE infrastructure, updated libraries, bug fixing and adopted unit testing across services scoring 90%.

  MVP, PoC: Real Estate Platform

  The client is a US SaaS startup that wants to revolutionize the real estate landscape with their cutting-edge digital platform. Simplifying searching & listings they are evolving dynamically winning investments and developing newer features for their customers. We helped them by implementing a successful Java-based MVP that managed to attract over $300,000 transforming it to a full scale product.

  We partnered with a leading German fintech company to modernize and optimize their multi-banking platform, supporting over a million users. Our work included designing scalable microservices, managing integrations with third-party providers to enhance customer experience, and overseeing the transition of code and intellectual property between multiple partners to internal ownership, achieving significant efficiency gains. Additionally, we established a quality framework for code and operations, ensuring long-term maintainability, cross-team consistency, and operational excellence.

  We led the end-to-end delivery of enterprise automation programs for a major logistics client, handling a high throughput of over 10 million orders daily. By optimizing rollout planning, aligning stakeholders, and mitigating risks, we improved operational efficiency by 20%. Our team coordinated cross-functional groups across robotics, support, and product to stabilize system performance, reduce downtime, and prioritize critical tasks, ensuring reliable and scalable operations.
