The Fagaras Research Institute focuses on science, research, policy, and educational initiatives. It conducts research in both the public and private sectors, delivers policy analysis, implements international and community development projects, and designs educational programs.

To address this, we first conducted thorough process audits to map existing workflows and gain a clear understanding of how the Institute operated. This helped identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement, ensuring that the solutions we designed were practical and aligned with daily operations.
